Are utilities included?

Residents are responsible for their own electricity and water service, with each unit individually metered. Trash is included in the monthly rental rate.

Can I do a shorter lease term?

We offer several lease-length options to accommodate your needs. Our standard lease is 12-months, however, we also offer the flexibility of short-term leases with terms of 3, 6, or 9 months.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, your furry friends are welcome at Pullman (even large breeds)! We have a pet deposit of $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. In addition to the pet deposit, you will pay a monthly pet rent of $50 per dog and $25 per cat. Maximum 2 pets per unit.

What are my parking options?

We offer a gated, access controlled surface parking lot, as well as a variety of covered parking options, including a parking garage. Garage spaces are available for a monthly fee.

There is also an additional gated, access-controlled 110-space parking lot in the pre-development stage that will be available for resident use.

Do you have EV Chargers?

Yes, we have 6 time-limited EV charging spaces in the surface lot and 4 rentable EV charging spaces in the parking garage. We also have 2 E-Bike charging outlets located in the bike storage room adjacent to the parking garage.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

Yes, we offer 1- and 2- bedroom fully furnished apartments (including utilities and internet service) with flexible lease terms, for a premium rate. Contact our leasing expert at 707-807-9544 to learn more.

What are your leasing office hours?

Our leasing office, located at 725 Wilson Street, Santa Rosa, is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00am - 6:00pm and Sunday by appointment. You can also tour our apartments virtually.

Do you have any move-in specials?

I’m a resident and I’d like to host an event. What are my options?

Pullman offers residents several spaces for events. Residents may rent the conference room, workspace rooms, and lounge area for an event. Common areas, such as the pool & cabana area, BBQ & firepit, and gym cannot be rented for private events, however, you are welcome to invite family and friends to enjoy these public spaces! Contact the leasing office for more details.
